Hello all!
I have a 15" MacBook Pro Retina (OS 10.8.5), and a Apple TV gen3 (OS 6.0.2).
Now up until the last update, AirPlay Mirroring has worked like a dream. Great quality and just fine lag. But since the update to 6.0.2, it appears like Apple put in an "adaptive quality" for streaming, and while that cuts the latency down tremendously, it butchers video quality which is mainly what I use it for - sharing internet videos on the big screen/theatre. The interesting bit is if I pause a video - the image quickly clears up.
I've attached a photo of the issue - is anyone else running into this? Is there a way to force the pause for fuller quality mirroring??
Thank you kindly for your time Rockstarrs!
