Why does my 6s perform so poorly in the last 3 scores? I am on 9.3.1, the phone is 1 month old and before I did the test, I turned off the phone to cool down. I am interested more in why "ux I/O" and "3d garden" scores are so low.

Hate to break it to you but benchmarks are nothing more than numbers. Use the phone, does it actually feel slower probably not and the scores are lower because you just hammered the processor causing the phone to throttle the cpu. Please don't let the benchmarks consume you just enjoy your nice phone.

Is it in low power mode, because low power mode reduces performance and CPU speed so benchmarks will be lower

It's not in low power mode, the battery indicator would be yellow.

I'm on 9.3.2 beta and the benchmarks are great, although slightly slower than 9.3.1

I ran my geek bench a few times and each time it was different. It doesn't matter, its just numbers that some love to play with and post (Like I just did). It's useless. 😉
