    7.2K mbp CD

    must be normal, if u think about it, writing tiny blocks all over the shop is gonna take way longer than one big block.

    Laptop HDs isnt the best, my external FW800 disk outperforms my internal HD by miles, atleast in benchs.

    Laptop HDs are designed for energy efficiency not for speed
