Poor quality on the other side with the 5s

I just bought the 5s and when I was listening to music my sister called. She complained of the hollow sound, and also the crackle sound. A friend also said it sounded crackly. I turned off the phone and back on again and it was okay. For a test I played music and then called my sister. Same thing.

Anybody running into this problem? I'd search the forums but says search has been disabled.

Not had any issues with mine, if it's easy to demonstrate take it into an apple store.

My provider is AT&T. Everything has been perfect with my iPhone 4 for the last 3 years and i just promised that phone to my sister. Wish I hadn't. I guess I'll contact apple. Or maybe AT&T. I'll keep testing until Monday to see what else I can learn. I'd appreciate any feedback from here though. Thanks so much.
