After updating my iPhone 4S to iOS 8 the signal is very poor (I'm on Tmobile/EE in the UK) - usually it shows "no service" or, if I'm lucky, 1 dot. Any ideas? I tried reset network settings, and that did not help. Restored it to 7.1.2, and it is back to normal again, but I'd prefer to have ios8.

I posted in another forum, but I'm having issues too. I have AT&T here in the US, and when I updated, it installed a new carrier file. Now in my building where I've always had LTE it frequently drops down to 4G... and where I had 4G 1-2 bars, it goes to 1 or Searching... super annoying.
