POP e-mail issue

    Hello I sync my inbox from work to my iPhone. I can easily receive e-mails and can reply to people within my work's network. However, I can not e-mail anyone outside of my company's network.

    Here are some settings:

    Incoming
    Server Port - 110

    Outgoing
    Server Port - 587

    I tried having the same port number (110) on my outgoing server port but as soon as I changed it it would not let me send out e-mails to ANYONE.

    Someone please help. I'm having the hardest time.
