Pop up when viewing pages.

I keep seeing this pop up time and time again.

I get it on my Mac and iPhone? I understand why you have to ask, but why keep repeating the question? Surely it should recognise my choice and stick with it? I don't log out or anything between sessions.

It’s not supposed to happen more than once per browser. Are you blocking cookies?

I believe it is a CYA to say they are going to ignore the "do not track check box" in some browsers. However I guess that method of tracking is no longer used by most advertisers and is even being taken out of as even an option in most modern browsers.
