I was trying to go to Macrumors on my iMac and ended up on Mac-Pops.com. A pop up comes up before I can go to any other site and I am unable to use my browser. Is there a way to remove this so my browser goes to the correct home page that I set. I am unable to access preferences to check my home page or any other settings.

Thank you!

Quit Safari then hold the shift key when you relaunch it to stop it from redirecting to that web site. It would be a good idea to also run AdwareMedic like redheeler mentioned.
