PopSci+ subscription lost

Anyone have the annual subscription to Popular Science everything working great... until... the most recent upgrade? I upgraded and now my subscription is gone as well as the issue's that I've downloaded. There isn't anywhere clear, that I can see to get some support.

Can anyone give some tips on how to recover, or where I can get some kind of support?

mine is still here and it says subscripted until april 2012.
