Apologize for cluttering the boards but google and forum search couldn't help.

I was checking my log-in items tonight and noticed this one:

popup (all users)

It's grayed out, so I can't delete or uncheck. I'm on a 2011 MBP, running Lion.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

I have the same exact issue on a 2008 MBA, also running Lion. It's grayed out because you need to unlock preferences (lower left) to remove it, which leads me to think it might be super important. But nobody is saying anything about it, so maybe it's malicious?

Edit: I found out what it is. My university uses Pharos so that you can send print jobs to their printers - Popup appears to be the name of its background helper application.
