Port features instead of 5.1 JB

While the devs work on a 5.1 JB, wouldn't it be infinitly easier to at least port some of the new features in iOS 5.1 to 5.0.1?

Like:
-Jap support for siri (possibly)
-Photo stream update
-Lock screen camera app change
-Podcast controls
