Portable Hard Drive

Hey Guys,

I bought a 2.5" 320gb hard drive 6 months ago and thought i would never fill it up... 6 months later and i only have 20GB left!!!

For this reason I have decided to get a 1tb 3.5" portable hard drive... Im looking for something thats quite cheap and reliable..

You'll have to define portable: There are no bus-powered 3.5" drives.

Well in that case I think there are around 10 million posts on 'which external drive should I get?'

There are so many, and most are viable. Personally, I use the Lacie D2 Quadra. I like to standardise on the disks I use for at least a couple of years each time and after buying a few drives, I thought the Quadra was the best package overall.
