Portable laptop stand?

I freelance and am in different locations each day. I take a MBA 11" which is great for portability, but becoming bad for my neck. My osteopath recommends a portable laptop stand.

Has anyone any experience/recommendations in this space?

I believe I saw a thread not too long ago with a list of notebook stands either here in the Peripherals forum or in the MacBook Pro forum (though it might have been an old thread, so make a search). One of them had a folding mechanism. I don't know if it would fit an Air.
