Position of keyboard post upgrade to iOS 9.2.1

Is there any way to fix the bug where the keyboard is now positioned in the middle of the screen instead of at the bottom of the screen. This is a very annoying issue.

What device is this on? Is it like that anywhere you try to use the keyboard?
[doublepost=1454140248][/doublepost]If this is for an iPad, could it just be the built-in feature that allows the keyboard to be moved (and even split)? If so, you should be able to dock it back to where it normally is at the bottom: http://www.solveyourtech.com/ipad-keyboard-center-screen/
