POSIX error???

Hey i tried runnin cydia js nw 2 check wat apps i wana download 2mr at campus cos i hav no wifi at home.now i knw wat url r thinkin ofcos im gona get an error cos i dnt hav wifi ,bt da normal error is 'no internet connection' bt nw im gettin 'POSIX error cannot allocate memory' what does this mean n wil it b a problem when im actually connected 2 wifi
 
POSIX basically means one of the servers hosting files are being hammered and that the source list is not able to update
