This link explains how to "torrent" with your (jailbroken) iPod Touch. I have yet try, as I need to jailbreak my iPod, but In the mean time i've been using the free Download Lite app to grab direct downloads from sites such as Megaupload & Rapidshare to keep up with my tv addiction. You can grab this from the app store. I hope this helps
