Possible bug: Unwanted thread subscriptions

Over the past few days, I've noticed that I keep on ending up with subscribed threads that I've posted to, even though I haven't actually subscribed to them.

In fact, it first happened to me about 3 weeks ago.

It seems to happen after posting images or links to images. Is this happening to anyone else?
