Possible fix for MacBook Pro 2016 UI Lag

Fixed a bit of the issues for me. Still shuttering a bit though.

Go do Preferences > Displays > Disable Auto-brightness. Should see an immediate improvement.

Tried that on my 13" ntb model. Didn't make a difference unfortunately 🙁

People have been complaining about UI lag since 2012 - I'm not sure there's ever going to be a fix for the occasional hiccup.

Very very very small improvement. Same for the accessibility 'fix'.
