Possible fix for safari and auto-refreshing tabs

This issue was bothering me quite a bit, and judging from the forums, many others.

Note that I'm using an iPad 4.

Previously, I was having issues using switching between 2 tabs without one auto refreshing (and yes, other programs were closed.)

Once I went to settings-icloud-documents and data, and turned that to OFF, I'm seeing much better results. Currently running 6 tabs without a single one refreshing. 🙂

But then, documents and data aren't being backed up to the cloud which isn't desires blue for many people. Right?

True, but you could just periodically turn it on and make a full backup.

After further testing, it seems this method doesn't help as much as I thought....🙁

Anyone have anything to add? I just got a retina iPad mini and find this auto refreshing very annoying.

I thought I read some where that iOS 7.1 is fixing this. I could have read that wrong though.
