Possible for 27" iMac to accept HDMI input?

Does there exist an HDMI-to-mini-Displayport adaptor that would allow me to watch the output of a Blu-Ray player on the screen of the iMac?

I see adaptors that go the other way, but is there one for input? If not, are there Blu-Ray players that have DisplayPort output?
