Possible Indexing For Watch oS2

It seems a lot of people experiencing unresponsive watches and native apps after updating to WOS2. It could be indexing just like updating iOS on the iPhone. Leave it alone for an hour or so to let it do its thing. I know we are all excited about the new features, complications and native apps speed but try to be patient.

Would the watch even perform any sort of indexing? There's no way to search your watch so why would indexing be required?

It's all done in the background. I'm pretty sure Watch OS has a file system. We just can't access it.
