3 words into the headline I lost interest.

"Bloomberg posts ‘hypothetical’ iPhone 5 teardown, 512MB RAM"

Agreed. Doesn't give that much away anyway.

Exactly. They aren't testing an actual iPhone 5. It's all based on their estimates.

I'd be pretty surprised if iPhone 5 only had 512 MB RAM...

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_10 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8E600 Safari/6533.18.5)

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it only ha 512 RAM, that's all the iPad 2 has. iOS doesn't need the huge amounts of ram that android does. Sometimes, I'll double click my home button and count the number of apps open over 50. Never slowed down the phone for a second.

He, he, love your enthusiasm but there is no way you have 50 apps open. That list isn't much more than the recently opened list. Restart your phone and they are still there......

That's most recent apps combined with ones in background. Another "great" feature that jailbreaking can disable thankfully. Confuses me to no end.
