Possible Keychain or Sync Issues - Please Read

Upon getting Leopard installed I receive this box everytime I restart the computer. It is getting quite annoying to say the least. So my question is what does this mean and is there some way to have keychain remember this password or can I somehow make this from coming up everytime I reboot.

Sounds like you've password protected your keychain access.That's what it will do.

Ok so this may be a dumb question but how do I remove the password in keychain. Can't seem to get this one figured out. Last bug left too.
