Possible malware infection?

Hey guys. Sometimes when I visit sites via hyperlink in safari, I get this weird error message coming up within safari(posted below). I dont know what this is, but I am sure its some sort of malware something or rather. The links I'm visiting aren't necessarily any bad sites...Any one else seen this or have any ideas?

The site may not be responsible for the malicious links. Their site may have been compromised. Once the site fixes the issue, the warning will go away.

The site may be malicious (or the ads on it), which may try to attack your computer. I've only ever heard of it affecting Windows.

The warning itself is part of Safari. It is not malware.
