Last night we released the new version of QuickShareIt (version 2.1). We tested it for over 3 months and it's quite stable.
Later on, I shut down and restarted due to my MacBook's inability to play any video. Upon restarting, I got caught in a blue screen cycle (Login Window Cycle). I did all the usual tricks, safe mode, single user mode to modify the login items, etc, but nothing did it.
I did a bit of research and I found this article: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20030127060952700&query=windowserver and I'm about to pop my drive out, and give it a shot, but I figured I'd post here in the meantime to see if anyone else has had the problem. 🙂
I'm not at all sure that QSI is the culprit, in fact, I'm pretty sure it's the Office 2008 update that I ran that's causing these problems, but just to be careful, if anyone else had any problems, let me know. So far, no one's reported anything.
