Is it Possible to change the Admin UserName ??
I am running Tiger 10.4.11
with a MacBook Pro.

Changing the short user name of any account is complicated and risky. It might be easier to create a new admin user, move the contents of the old admin user account (documents, bookmarks, music etc.) to the new account and reduce the old admin user to a standard user or get rid of it.

I would create a new User with admin rights, using the new name. After a while you can delete the old user.

yeah, what happens if i change the short name of my user ?
this is the account i have been using for the last 6 months.

Will there be alot of files that link to the shortname,
so if i change it, all the links will be broken ?
