Reserved two iPhone 6s pluses and upon trying to check apple.com I can't seem to find it anywhere. I did receive an email confirming my reservations I was just curious if it appears on the website as well.

Possible to check reservation for in store purchase?

IF it's just a reservation for pick up and you haven't paid yet then most likely it won't appear anywhere, and all you need to do is take your confirmation e-mail at the time you pick up.
If you however reserved a pick up and you paid already then it should be under your "Order" page so check under there.
