I have heard that it is possible to copy Jailbroken apps like Cycorder, or GV Mobile to your Mac, and then provision it in xcode for non jailbroken devices. Am I correct, is this possible to do? It would be great if it was. I found a link here. Thanks guys

Nope.
A: you can't reverse engineer apps
B: The architecture is compiled for ARM processors, it can't be decompiled on any intel/ppc machine AFAIK.

However, xcode is the application used to develop iPhone apps, whether jailbroken or not.
