Possible to delete iCloud Music Library all items?

I have 6694 albums there which was about 30% of my music library. Is there a way to remove everything that is in the cloud. My first upload a few months ago renamed my originals some have wrong artwork and has left my cloud in a mess with duplicates.

I have a local backup and created a new local library which I would like to upload. First I want everything delete in the cloud before I start.
