Possible to delete song directly at IPhone?

I would like to able to delete song at IPhone, then next time when it sync, it will remove at itune also, I google about it but most search result mentioned that I cannot do that. I just wonder will there is iphone application allow me to do so?

Just to clarify, you can delete videos; movies, video podcasts, music videos, tv shows, etc.
