Like the title says, is this possible? I see the toggle for Natural Scrolling in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Virtual Trackpad > Natural Scrolling. However, turning this off has no effect on the Magic Keyboard trackpad.

Am I missing something here?

There are two separate trackpad settings. Settings > General > Trackpad. This will change the settings for the Magic Keyboard.
