Possible to exit camera from lock-screen?

In ios6 to exit the camera ehn it's accessed from the lock screen you could use the home button or pull down from the top.
In ios7 it seems you can only exit it using the home button.
Is this true?

It might depend on whether or not you have notification center enabled when locked (since that is something new in iOS 7).

True, you can't exit the camera by swiping down in the lock screen camera.
