My uncle has an iphone 4 ND WILL NOT UPGRADE TO 4.1 until they come out with an unlock so is there any way he and I with my ipod touch facetime.

Why not just use tinyumbrella to preserve baseband? Ultrasn0w works fine in that scenario.

How about you wait for Pwnage Tool to come out, or learn how to use Tiny Umbrella to upgrade his OS without upgrading his baseband?
