Possible to flash a PC Quadro FX4800 to work on a Mac?

So I got a screaming deal for a new workstation and I'm thinking about whether it's possible to take its Quadro FX4800 card, flash it, and put it in my Mac Pro 1,1... That would be perfect, since I already have to replace my X1900XT on the Mac, and I could then sell the workstation with an Ati Firepro I've got laying around.

I guess the answer is no, but has anyone tried it?
