I bought my iPhone from the carphone warehouse when it launched. There are a few issues that I have with my phone which can be quite annoying.

Seeing as the phone is under a week old will I be able to get a replacement or will I have to send it for repair? Also what is the best way to go about getting a replacement or repair? Can I take it to any carphone warehouse store or do I have to take it to the store I purchased it from?

    Cheers.

Call Carphone Warehouse. They would know better than anybody on here.

It's a few things, firstly the screen isn't quite level with the metal edge which is really annoying when you are flicking through photos or pages... the screen is actually on a slight angle to the right.

Second is my accelerometer... if I tilt the phone to portrait or landscape it won't respond until I shake the phone a little.

Finally I know a lot of people have been complaining about the battery but mine seems to have quite a big issue with the battery. Even after playing a couple of tracks the battery bar jumps down to just above half full, that's also with the brightness down very low.

I guess I could live with all the issues above but seeing as it's not a cheap device I don't want to just live with the issues when I know I could have a perfectly good iPhone without those defects.

I dont really know about the angled screen. I know the 3g iphones screen is a lil more raised up above the chrome rim. The original iphone had a level glass. AS far as the acceleromter, thats a returnable issue. Also, u need to charge yoru phone a few times before its at full capacity. If i were u, id return it.
