Interesting... these options that you mention are better than nothing (of course), but a far cry from what is offered with iBlacklist.

Wonder why the iBlacklist author won't port his app to Android.

Is he afraid of others stealing his code, it being not feasible perhaps, or something else entirely? Or maybe he just doesn't have any interest?
Hadn't heard of iblacklist so checked on it and see mostly poor reviews. Sounds good tho but would be hesitant to try it for $3. Do you use it and if so, do you like it?
EDIT, further checking I see numerous apps called iblacklist and all different devs.

I dunno...never used it but one recent poster told his story which intrigued me.

Look under the Jailbreak forum for details...he showed snapshots of the blocked calls and everything. Something about the previous owner of a telephone number being a *********.

Ohh, the cost is $12...dunno about $3.

iBlacklist in the form I know of it has existed as a jailbreak tweak since before iOS 6.

Here's some screenshots. I bought it a long time ago and it's very effective. All I ever hear is a 'ding' when a blocked call comes in.

Note, the "BLOCKED CALLER" in the list is an actuall Blocked Caller contact I created. Whenever someone calls that I want to block I add them to this list (it has a silent ringtone). Adding the contact itself in iBlacklist made it ridiculously easy to block all the numbers in the contact.

Makes sense. The ones in the app store are probably not as effective at least according to the reviewers. I'm gonna stick with true caller as it works pretty well. I get pop ups from that app all the time saying another spam call had been blocked. Good enough. :)
