With all of the issues surrounding Gmail and Apple's updated Mail app in Mavericks, I was wondering if, as a workaround, it were possible to extract the Mail app from 10.8 and install it on 10.9? This might be a suitable work around for those of us who use Gmail, at least until the new Mail app is fixed.
FYI - For those who aren't aware, Gmail and the Mail app on 10.9 aren't playing nicely.
