Possible to make Safari scroll faster?

i was wondering if its possible to make Safari to scroll faster? Compared with other webbrowsers, i need to scroll more with Safari since the scrolling effect is lower.

It's how Safari has been designed it seems, basically to use very little inertia scrolling.
