How?

I want to show a website on Safari.

You can only mirror videos in Netflix or YouTube apps because they support the DIAL cast protocol.

To mirror safari or just the iPad screen in general you’d need an airplay receiver aka appleTv. Though there is talk of Roku supporting airplay2 this year.

You can Airplay to the likes of an Amazon Fire TV box/stick using 3rd party apps as well as Windows machines. Not heard about Roku though.

There are probably some third-party apps that could do this. Also, there are reported rumors of AirPlay support coming to Roku devices this year so fingers crossed it does happen.
