Possible to purchase FCPX 10.1.x?

I'm running Mavericks. The current version of Final Cut Pro X is 10.2 and requires Yosemite -- in fact, you can't even click 'Buy' unless you are running Yosemite.

a) is there a way to access/download historical version of the software (e.g. 10.1.x)?
b) any way to click to purchase, if I'm not on Yosemite?
