Possible to restore ONLY photos from iCloud Backup?

Hi there,

I was having problems with my iPhone 5s (running iOS 7) and had to factory restore and start from scratch. Managed to restore everything I need (through iCloud, synced accounts, etc.) except I would like to have the photos from my previous camera roll back as well. Is there a way to restore certain parts of the iCloud backup? In my case, it would be just the photos.
