Possible to run 2 OSes off two different hard drives in my MBP?

So I was thinking of getting the data doubler kit from OWC and installing a second 500gb hard drive in my MBP. I was thinking of installing Windows 7 on the second drive. Will Bootcamp let me do that or and will it let me boot into it or do I have to install Windows 7 on the same drive as OS X?
