iPod Possible to sort songs by "checked"?

Quite simply, does anyone know if it's possible to sort songs by those that are 'checked' / not checked, and if so, how is this done?

There may be a simpler method, but I set up a smart playlist as shown on the attached pic. Any time I want to see what's checked, I look at the .checked playlist. I named the playlist .checked so it would show up at the top of the playlists.
