I mistakenly [pirated] windows 8 32 bit, and I'm regretting not being able to use all 16gbs ram I purchased for gaming...I'm looking at 64bit now, but I really don't want to lose all of my purchases and such. Here's the situation:

I play Battlefield 3...is there a way I'd be able to transfer my purchase of this game to a 64 bit version of window...I'd really like to not have to pay for it again!

I also play saints row the third, would I be able to transfer saves to the other version? (Not as important as battlefield)

Thanks!

BF 3 is tied to an EA Origin account. Just log in with that account on the new installation. That account also includes your game profile.

For other games, just look up where they store your save games and copy that directory. Quite often those are dumped in My Documents these days under the My Games folder, so just copy that.

Some games may include cloud saving. For those games, you'll normally automatically download the cloud saves once the game is installed. Again, you'll need to log in with the same account.
