local crag ad reads: Its seems to be in demo mode and i cannot get it out of the demo mode, if you think you are good at that sort of thing then take advantage of this price. But buyer beware. The watch is the black sports edition size 44mm.

and yes it says 44mm lol

first thing i saw and was like hmm and hes appox locations seems to be near local apple store also. so what you guys think would anyone buy it or be that dumb enough to steal something that doesnt work lol. kinda like stealing those fake dummy iphones or phones from local phone shop.:p

Just tell him you'll meet him at the Apple store, and if the store can get it out of demo mode, you'll buy it.

Lol great suggestion!!!! I have to call him and say that even if I wasn't interested in it! Just to get his reaction!
 
Really want to see how the story turns out. If he stole the watch, I think it's likely he doesn't have the guts to go back to Apple Store; if he does agree to meet there, I would arrive early and alert the specialists.

I don't think they can be taken out of demo mode because they're built solely as demos and aren't the same as regular watches.

yea i called apple store just in case if they had a missing demo unit since post went up about last nightish /midnight ish to see if someone stole it but they decline it. (who knows lol if someone did indeed stole it and op they just denying anything stolen)
