Post 1 reason you love your iPhone and 1 reason you hate it

Silver iPhone 6 128GB

Love the camera, the speed, the curved glass, NFC/Apple Pay, Touch ID, and the whole iPhone thing.

Hate the fact that it's slightly too big for me to use one-handed, and that, between the curved glass front and the soft aluminum back (with the protruding camera), I had to buy a case for the first time since I switched to the iPhone in 2008.

iPhone 6

Love: The enhanced cohesiveness between OS X and iOS with these most recent updates

Hate: That the device wasn't a uniform thickness to allow for a bigger battery (I know, I know. It's not a deal breaker for me, but it would've been nice)

Hate: I can torrent directly from android phone and I cannot do that with IOS.

Sure you can. Just get creative.

I have a Synology NAS running Transmission. I can download a torrent on my iPhone, then upload the torrent file to a watched folder on the NAS with Goodreader for iOS via WebDav. 30 seconds tops.

For a large size public domain documentary film :D, the download speed is infinitely faster than trying to maintain a connection on my phone, and there's no cellular data usage. Obviously the number/speed of seeds will vary, but my max home connection is 100 down, vs. an average of 15 on the iPhone.

When the file is done, I move it to my Plex folder via DSFile on the iPhone and stream away via Plex for iOS.

For a well seeded public domain film, I can be watching via Plex in a matter of minutes with this method.

Back to the topic, iPhone 6...love the size, hate having to cover it up in a case for fear of dropping it. It seems a little too slippery and thin for its own good.

Love the feeling of this iPhone 6 without a case!

Hate the new camera (yes, sorry). Too grainy and Picasso looking. Still got some experimenting to do, but that's my take on it for the time being.

There are things I absolutely love battery life, brightness, iMessage, app selection, and Touch ID. My biggest complaint is the multitasking, things reload way too often. I'll be trying to upload a video to YouTube or Instagram and I'll jump to my notes for a second to copy my "tags", when I go back to the video the whole app need to reload. This means anything I type I have to start all over with. It happens with alien blue sometimes too. I might have an entire paragraph typed up then I go to copy and paste a link and once I switch back to alien blue it reloads. That's not something I ever need to worry about on my m8. The last 9 apps that were open remain at the same place I was when I hit the home button.

always loved iPhones. They are stable, dont crash and do everything I need them too. Touch ID, the best fingerprint scanner for phones currently on the market

What annoyes me is that when im ending a phone call and I press the hang up button, it takes 2 seconds before I can do something else.
I use a blackberry for most calls as I can press hangup and I dial again 0.5seconds later.

Doesnt sounds like much I know, but when you carry out about 200 phone calls a day those 2 seconds you need to wait staring at the screen are really annoying.

iphone 6, 64gb

Love: bigger screen does help

hate: half of advertised features aren't useful and Maps crash every other day

Display

lack of common sense features
1. unable to kill all background apps at once (spoils of jailbreak)

Where is the scratch if you don't mind me asking.

Small scratch on the screen below the camera. Difficult to see but can feel it.
Not a very big deal, but would have liked to be past the first few months of newness:)

the gold ring of the protruiding camera is elegant, what i dont like maybe the rounded edge but that what makes it comfortable to handle due it size, the ´iphone ´ in the back is not in gold like in the 5s, beside that the quality of the built is 10 of 10,satisfied and addicted.

Iphone 6/128 GB, love the larger storage and faster hardware.

Hate that I still can't rid of the stupid microphone icon near the space bar on the keyboard. Also other people's obsession with phones, get a life...;-)

iPhone 6 Plus - Space Grey 128GB

Love: Big beautiful screen.

Hate: That I have to baby it. I had an Otterbox Armor on my 5 and that was virtually indestructable. I have a Spigen Tough Armor w/ Zagg glass on my Plus, which should be sufficient but I'm still a little paranoid.

I have the 5s.

I love the camera: slick, easy to use, and takes good pictures for a cell phone.

I hate that Apple doesn't allow users to revert to a previous os if they discover their older phone doesn't run as well after they've installed the newest one.

Love the screen. Quality is top notch with great color.

Having a hard time listing something I hate. I thought it would be easy but drawing blanks lol

Space Grey 128gb 6.

Like - Bigger, faster, better version of my old iPhone 5.

Dislike - Feels fragile in comparison.

Settings, General, Accessibility, LED Flash for Alerts.
turn that on

LED Flash... does not sound like the notification light I am thinking of.
On Android devices like the Google Nexus, there is a small LED light that turns on on the face of the phone, and stays on depending on the notification. If you get a new text, the light turns on green. if you get a new email, the light turns on blue. It can also light up yellow or red, etc. It is a pulsating light that is visibly there, but not distracting like a "flash".

Does the iPhone LED Flash resemble what the above...?

Oh right. Im not very familier with android devices to be honest.

No it doesnt resemble that at all actually. It just flashes when you recieve a text or whatever.
Apple will never add a feature like that though and the reason for that is simple. Its the same with the notebooks, apple likes the clean look with no lights and all that. Lenovo laptops have all those leds flashing away under the screen etc, apple doesnt like that at all and thats why they wont add flashing and colourful lights to the iPhones.

Love: fingerprint sensor. Cant see myself going to android anytime soon solely on this reason.

Hate: so damn THIN
