Apple traditionally gives out T-shirts (more recently, tote bags) at Apple Store openings ever since the first stores opened at Tysons Corner and Glendale Galleria in 2001.

Here's my t-shirt from the Jewel Changi Airport store which opened in 2019.

I wish I still had my .Mac one from the opening of the Regent Street Apple Store in London in 2004, sadly we don't have official Apple stores here in SA so we don't get the cool shirts...
