To use an Apple wallpaper: Settings -> General -> Wallpaper.

Or to use one of your own photos: Photos -> select album and picture -> tap the arrow icon in the bottom left corner -> "Use As Wallpaper".

Mine, i don't see anyone else's that looks the same!
Yay for individuality.

All my screens used to have only 3 rows, then i got too many apps and had to change the screens after the first screen to all four rows used.

I agree that apple seems to want to make it so when you look at their products you know its an apple or a mac or whatever. its like they are paranoid if you change the theme to much you might not know its an apple product and that is just crazy talk.
