No… if there’s any new icons added that you are interested in using, you have to edit the icon pack in Theme Park and rename it. After that…. apply the new one you renamed (then delete the existing one).
Wish there was another way… but that’s been the process for me.

Yup! As soon as Samsung announced the ability to add 3rd party icon packs from the Play Store… the flood gates open, it’s the best place to get icon packs.Play store is my preferred spot
