I think the new Finder is a bit deceptive. He has a look on his face that suggests that he wants to be your friend and he'll never let you down, but we all know he won't be able to keep that promise so it's just a lie. The old Finder seemed more honest. He would smile, but there was a certain amount of seriousness in his expression, you could tell he meant business and was ready to solve any problems.

Photos is not out until next year. So we don't know what it will do or how it will actually work or if it will actually replace iPhoto.

I just hope there's a way to import all my photos back into it, have them all on iCloud and finally dump iPhoto once and for all.

It appears Yosemite beta has disabled taking screenshots altogether. The shortcuts still work, but does not save to either desktop or clipboard.

Thanks for the great additions! The only thing I still haven't really seen it full screen apps/mission control. Could you post a few screens of that please. And does the animation for going full screen still exist in 10.10?

I never said you were I'm just saying that that is how I feel. I know there is an audience for Android so I understand it's existence, I'm just saying I'm not part of that audience.

PS- I own a 32Gb iPod Touch 4th gen, and both iOS and iPhones/iPad's/iPod's have moved a far way since it.

I know. I'm very happy with my 4G iPod running iOS 6. I certainly would not be buying a 5th gen iPod Touch either, A5 isn't all that great now.

It's the same as in Mavericks and other versions. System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver has the option to enable or disable the translucent menu bar.

Can't seem to toggle and set the translucent menu bar option in System Preferences.

Can't seem to toggle and set the translucent menu bar option in System Preferences.

Why is it that the fonts look noticeably better on jkkool's screenshots? Is one maybe taken on retina and the other isn't? The ones jkkool posted have such a nice, dark, defined look while the ones that BDM STUDIOS NL posted look rather thin and jagged.
